When I first played Cyberpunk 2077, I quickly realized that what you say can change everything. One wrong line, and a mission takes a completely different turn. One bold choice, and suddenly a character becomes your ally or your enemy. Dialogue in Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t just conversation; it’s the heart of the story. During the quest Dazed and Confused, Mr. Hands assigns you to rescue BD star Lena Molina. But things take a wild turn when it’s revealed Lena is actually a guy named Tulle whose mind is totally fried. Normally, you’d recruit the real Lena Molina to help save Tulle’s struggling BD shop. But if you decide to shoot the store owner on sight, you unlock a bizarre alternate ending.

Once the store owner is gone, you’ll find Lena locked in a room. The code to free him? 1111. Not exactly high security. When you pop open the door, Lena offers a kiss as thanks, and you can actually accept it.

“After you, my lady. I knew I could count on you. Did what every true Lena Molina fan would do. Pucker up, sweet cheeks.”

Even Johnny Silverhand reacts to it with disbelief. It’s one of the funniest and most cursed endings in the game. But you can still reach this outcome without killing the shop owner immediately. If you wait until he walks upstairs and then act, Tulle will still escape, leading to a tense exchange before he leaves.

“Congratulations, loser. You get one free ticket to having the crap kicked out of you by my boys.”

Normally, to meet Panam in Ghost Town, you have to call her first. But if you already know where her car is parked, you can skip the call completely and meet her face-to-face.

“You Panam? I’m V.”
“Yes. And you come recommended by Rogue.”
“I’m not party to the grief between you and Rogue. Here about something else.”

It’s a small but satisfying twist that makes the encounter feel more organic, as if V already knows how to navigate Night City’s tangled network of mercs and outlaws.

Lizzy Wizzy’s Hidden Lines:

If you meet Lizzy Wizzy during Phantom Liberty before her side quest Violence, she’ll have unique dialogue when you later see her at the No-Tell Motel.

In Dogtown Saints, you rescue a ripperdoc trapped by scavs. He’s being held by a woman named Na. Normally, you’d kill her, but if you wait, the scene unfolds differently. Na’s brother, Gasper, has already died, and the doctor admits he used his implants to help other patients.

“You won’t lay a goddamn finger on him. Give me my brother now.”
“No.”

When the truth hits, Na breaks down beside her brother’s body.

“Leave us now, please.”

A rare, somber moment of humanity in Dogtown’s brutal streets.

When You Abandon Reed:

If you run away during the Maxtac ambush in Phantom Liberty, Reed loses it.
